Paul Earnshaw, president of the Buckeye Brook Coalition and recent recipient of a Save the Bay award for outstanding environmental advocacy, received the RI Blueways Alliance award in ceremonies March 10 at URI. The RI Blueways Alliance is dedicated to developing a water trail network linking Rhode Island's rivers, lakes and ponds to Narragansett Bay and to use the trail to promote safety, conservation, recreation and economic development.
